• Control joints Backfill:  Metzger McGuire RS88 Porpoise.

Notes. This farm house located on the outskirts of Sebastopol, CA, in the middle of the orchards and pasture lands, is a great example of how our floors perfectly complement modern design with classic elements, high-end technology with natural feel.

While the interior slab was honed for a beautiful but practical finish, the outdoor concrete was machined to a slightly lower grit, to produce enhanced slip resistance. Several mock-ups were prepared and reviewed with owners and designers, so to achieve and exceed the expected results.
